Every school tells a story — and I’ve spent my career rewriting the endings. For the last 20+ years, I’ve led schools through founding, turnaround, and flagship leadership. I’ve coached emerging leaders, built sustainable systems, and aligned teams to a bigger mission: ensuring every scholar, every team member, and every community has a real path to excellence.I didn’t start my career aiming for titles.
